What is air bag cylinder pump

The design of air bag cylinder pump is one side air bag chamber (between air bag and pump outer shell) which is divided into two chambers by PTFE material baffle. Compressed air is injected into the two chambers according to the time. Because of the automatic opening and closing of the valve, the change of air pressure in the two chambers drives the compression and expansion of the air bag, so as to achieve the effect of sucking and spitting liquid.

1. Smaller size: Because of the removal of the axle and cushion parts in the chamber, the product has fewer components, simpler structure, 40% fewer components than the traditional air bag pump, and smaller volume of the same flow product.

2. Lighter weight: smaller parts, lighter weight.

3. Smaller pulsation: Non-axle Xuan design is adopted to achieve free reciprocating movement of air bag by precise assembly of PTFE material and self-lubrication of PTFE material. At the same time, micro-hole design is added to the baffle to make the movement of the air bag smoother and less pulsation.

4. Less vibration: the inertial motion of the axle-less suspension, the motion of the air bag is smoother, and the vibration is smaller.

5. Dynamic rotation safety: the pump body adopts self-weight valve, vertical gravity suction valve, more safe in use.

6. Low price: the number of components is small, the assembly time is only 1/10 of the traditional air bag pump, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
